We may use your data, such as location, usage, or transaction history, to send you news, analysis, reports, campaigns, and training opportunities via your registered email address. You can always change your preferences if you no longer wish to receive these communications.
For email newsletters, which provide updates on our services, tips, appointments, and promotions, we use an opt-in procedure. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature;
To enable you to rate and review our services or products.

We may process your personal data to inform you about products, services, and offers that may interest you. The personal data we process for this purpose includes information you provide, as well as data we collect or infer from your use of our services, such as transaction details. We analyze this information to understand your needs and interests. We shall preserve financial and accounting data for at least ten years following the termination of the client relationship, unless other terms for preserving data or documents are prescribed by law.

8. Automated decision‒making

We typically do not use automated decision-making for establishing or maintaining business relationships. However, we may automatically process some of your data for profiling purposes to assess certain personal aspects. This can also occur when entering into or performing a contract with you for data assessments, including payment transactions, as part of our fraud prevention efforts. These measures are also designed to protect you. You will always be informed of the results of such automated decisions or profiling, along with the actions you can take in response.

9. Geographic area of processing

Client data is generally processed within the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA). However, in some cases, it may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EU/EEA. By providing us with your personal data, you consent to this transfer. This exception also applies when the transfer of client data is legally required, such as for reporting obligations under tax law and other tax treaties.
Processors in non-EU/EEA countries must adhere to European data protection standards and implement appropriate safeguards for data transfer, in accordance with GDPR Article 46. You may request further details regarding data transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA.

10. Other related information

We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to safeguard all information within our records from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no company or service can guarantee absolute security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failures, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Information sent through regular email exchanges is not always completely secure. While the Company takes all possible steps to protect clients' personal data, it cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted via email; any such transmission is at the client's own risk. Once the Company receives client information, it will use procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.
When you send the Company a message via email or any other online messaging feature, you share personal data such as your name or email address. This data will be used to respond to your query and verify your identity. Emails are stored on our secure standard internal contact systems, which are not accessible by unauthorized external parties.
